I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support I have received from Jan Schmidt and Tim Rodger.
After purchasing our hot tub, I reached out to the seller for guidance on water chemistry and received very little assistance. Although I had requested Spa Marvel in our startup kit—based on the strong recommendation from Chris at Hot Tub University—we were instead provided with several other chemical products. Since both my husband and I have skin sensitivities, using fewer chemicals is extremely important to us, which is why Spa Marvel was our preferred choice from the start.
Jan and Tim have gone above and beyond to help us transition properly. Tim, in particular, has spent a significant amount of time assisting me—even on a Sunday—which speaks volumes about his dedication and commitment to customer care. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to ensure everything is done correctly have given me great confidence in both the process and your product.
It is incredibly refreshing to work with a company that truly stands behind its customers and its product. I look forward to continuing to work with Tim as we complete the transition to Spa Marvel and will gladly provide an update once everything is finalized.
