Merci pour l’excellent service à la clientèle que vous nous avez fourni lorsque nous avons eu une éruption cutanée peu après l’installation de notre nouveau spa. Nous avions vécu de la frustration en tentant de la traiter par nous-mêmes. Après avoir suivi tous vos précieux conseils, nous profitons pleinement de notre spa, qui est d’une propreté étincelante. Avec une peau aussi sensible, je craignais de ne pouvoir utiliser mon spa régulièrement. Le traitement de l’eau de Spa Marvel s’est avéré la solution idéale pour nous; nous en sommes plus que ravis. We have had our hot tub for 3 years and for 3 years we have struggled with the water from the moment we got it home. Problems with cloudy water and foam have resulted in several water changes. This of course is frustrating, time consuming and very expensive (hydro to re-heat the water & more chemicals). We have tried bromine, chlorine and peroxysan and we were always diligent in following instructions and checking the tub often to try to prevent problems.

The short period when the water was fine because it was new was good (hooray we are finally in the hot tub), but then my skin was extremely irritated for days. Further to that, we felt like we wanted to shower after getting out of the tub because the chemical scent on our skin was not so nice.

The day came when we discovered Spa Marvel. Of course we were very sceptical. “Here we go again…drain the tub, clean the tub, fill the tub and try yet another new product” my husband said. We are amazed and more important, so HAPPY! I don’t know how it does it…but it does. We don’t have to babysit the water any longer! Although I will admit we still go out just to look at the water and expect it to have gone bad again. What a huge treat to open the tub cover and see clean water that does not smell like chemicals.

We use our tub all the time now. My skin is happy, happy, happy! In fact, the water almost feels soft and silky when we are in it.

En effet, je n’ai pas eu à corriger l’équilibre chimique de mon eau (pH, alcalinité, etc.), qui reste aussi limpide et propre qu’au premier jour, sans mousse, sans odeur désagréable, sans lignes de résidus ni sensation visqueuse. J’ai déjà convaincu trois personnes et d’autres suivront certainement.

Nous utilisons Spa Marvel depuis quatre mois. Il n’y a jamais eu de mousse ni de traces à nettoyer sur les parois de notre spa avant d’y entrer. Je n’ai qu’à le découvrir et m’y baigner. Je n’ai ajouté aucun produit chimique à l’eau, à l’exception de brome à faible concentration. Bref, CE PRODUIT EST EFFICACE, et je l’apprécie beaucoup. Je l’ai déjà recommandé à plusieurs personnes et je continuerai de le faire. Merci pour cette excellente solution!

Comme cela fait quelques mois que vous n’avez plus eu le plaisir de recevoir mes courriels anxieux, j’ai pensé qu’il était temps d’encombrer à nouveau votre boîte de réception! Cependant, cette fois, les nouvelles sont excellentes. Je tiens à vous exprimer mes plus sincères remerciements. Depuis notre dernière conversation, nous avons suivi vos instructions à la lettre. Nous sommes maintenant au début d’octobre, et j’ose dire que mon spa est bien chaud, mais surtout que l’eau est aussi limpide que vous l’aviez garanti. Après une utilisation régulière, de quatre ou cinq fois par semaine lors des trois derniers mois, elle reste impeccable! Merci encore pour votre patience. John Falkowski recommends Spa Marvel, I’ve had my hot tub several years, but ran into problems, with nasty cloudy water, I was so lucky to contact Tim Rodger, from Spa Marvel in Canada, he walked me thru step by step how to get my tub back into shape by decontamination and using the proper Spa Marvel products to make my tub sparkle like new cut diamonds in the sun. I highly recommend Spa Marvel products and they’re marvelous knowledgeable staff! Je profite vraiment de mon spa! Le produit de traitement de l’eau de Spa Marvel a fait des merveilles. Je m’y baigne pendant environ 20 minutes trois ou quatre fois par semaine. Today I closed up my hot tub for the year. This was the first year I used your product, having abandoned my use of bromine and other chemicals. I just wanted to say how happy I was that I switched. Having sensitive skin, I always had to shower after hot tub use and even then I would still have irritation. […] After using your product, I had neither inconvenience and the benefit of modicum maintenance. I am very pleased and plan on using your product from now on. It’s also nice that the cost of using your product is relatively the same as if I were using the traditional bromine system. Again, just wanted to let you know that I am completely satisfied with your product and will continue to use it.

Mon dos est presque complètement guéri de cette éruption cutanée causée par le chlore que j’ai contractée avant d’utiliser votre produit. Je n’ai plus aucune inquiétude à l’idée de me baigner dans notre spa plusieurs fois par jour.

My son also does not get itchy skin any more like he did with the chlorine and we actually don’t even shower now when we get out! Truly a wonderful experience.

Here is what I have noticed over the last year of using the product. The water has been perfectly clear and odour free for the entire time. I have used sanitizer from time to time if there has been a lot of activity in the tub, other than that I just let it run. The filter is rinsed weekly. I started with a new filter last year and it is still perfectly white like when I bought it (once it’s rinsed of course). The levels on the test strip have been bang on for the same period. I also noticed I no longer have the white calcium line around the tub and jets. This is also the first year I have not had to replace several jets. In the past on Chlorine I was maybe 2-3 jets per year or more as the plastic would just break down. Also the bathing suits used in the tub are no longer falling apart from the harsh chemicals and the rash we would sometimes experience from the chemicals has not returned. It’s a great product! I have turned several people onto it and they seem to have the same great results!

C’est donc incroyable d’avoir trouvé un produit qui nous plaît encore plus! Nous avons ajouté Spa Marvel dans notre spa deux mois avant notre absence de quatre semaines. De plus, nous avons légèrement baissé la température et ajouté deux pastilles de chlore supplémentaires. À notre retour, notre spa était exactement comme nous l’avions laissé. Well it’s been a month or so now since we started using Spa Marvel, and all readings are perfect!!! Everything is amazing…no hassles with chemicals, no more balancing the pH levels, no slimy feeling in the tub, no smell…WOW!!! It’s been great!!! This is a product every tub owner should use you will not go back to the fumbling with chemicals. Thanks for a wonderful product.

Your product is exceptional. I use it on two very different tubs with perfect results…a Hydropool at home and a Rotospa at the cottage. At home your cleanser cleaned out all of the hard water build up after 2 cleanings. Up north we no longer worry about long absences and no longer have to spend the first day balancing the tub! Dear Spa Marvel Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support I have received from Jan Waldschmidt and Tim Rodger.

After purchasing our hot tub, I reached out to the seller for guidance on water chemistry and received very little assistance. Although I had requested Spa Marvel in our startup kit, based on the strong recommendation from Chris at Hot Tub University, we were instead provided with several other chemical products. Since both my husband and I have skin sensitivities, using fewer chemicals is extremely important to us, which is why Spa Marvel was our preferred choice from the start.

Jan and Tim have gone above and beyond to help us transition properly. Tim, in particular, has spent a significant amount of time assisting me, even on a Sunday, which speaks volumes about his dedication and commitment to customer care. I have had my hot tub now for 3 years. My first experience was with a product that I really liked in the beginning however after using it for six months my tub became contaminated. I contacted the company and was told I wasn’t using the product correctly and was given instructions on how to correct my problem. After many conversations and money spent on too many chemicals, it was still my fault for not using or doing the correct procedure. My tub had gone bad and I was ready to throw in the towel. I was introduced to Spa Marvel from the retailer where I bought my tub and was guaranteed I would love the product but remained hesitant because of all the problems I had already had. I agreed to try it and if it didn’t work I was prepared to sell my tub. I contacted Spa Marvel and explained the problems I was having. The Spa Marvel Company helped me clean up my tub and has helped me maintain it. I have been using Spa Marvel ever since and my tub is now easy to look after and I love the product.
