The Spa Marvel Company Inc.’s Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP) is designed to protect the price and profitability integrity of our retail network. As an authorized retailer, it is understood that the minimum advertised price for Spa Marvel products shall be maintained in accordance with the attached Schedule “A”.<\/p>\n
This MAPP solely applies to advertised prices and does not dictate the actual selling prices of Spa Marvel products within physical retail locations. The MAPP encompasses all forms of advertisements, including but not limited to social media, print, radio, television, internet, email, and fax.<\/p>\n
Retailers intending to sell Spa Marvel products on third-party websites and marketplaces not owned or controlled by the retailer, including, but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, must obtain prior written authorization from The Spa Marvel Company Inc. before listing Spa Marvel products for sale on said platforms.<\/p>\n
Retailers are strictly prohibited from selling Spa Marvel products to other companies or individuals acting as resellers.<\/p>\n
It is further understood that non-compliance with the aforementioned terms may result in immediate and permanent delisting as an Authorized Spa Marvel Retailer, and that subsequent orders may not be fulfilled.<\/p>\n
The Spa Marvel Company Inc. reserves the right to modify this agreement with a written notice of thirty (30) days provided to the retailer.<\/p>\n
**Please be advised that The Spa Marvel Company Inc. reserves the right to adjust the table, including changes to product lineup and pricing, to account for the introduction of new products and\/or retail price adjustments. Any modifications to the Schedule “A” will be communicated to the email address on file, with a minimum notice period of thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.<\/p>\n
